Desktop Support Analyst
- The Desktop Engineer is BAU (Windows) support role.
- Responsible for providing technical 1st/2nd line supporting the service desk
Experience of the following:
- 1st/2nd Line Support
- Windows support
- Windows 10
- Exchange 2007/2010
- Active Directory
- Windows Server Management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer support.
As a 2nd Line Support Engineer, typical responsibilities will include:
- Providing help/support for a range of client technical problems.
- Troubleshooting Window Server & Desktop issues.
- Understanding if the client's problems need escalating.
- Monitoring the system for new issues.
