    BELL Integration are hiring a Desktop Support Analyst into their Resource Services Business to support internal and external stakeholders on Desktop and Windows issues.  

     

    Desktop Support Analyst

    • The Desktop Engineer is BAU (Windows) support role.
    • Responsible for providing technical 1st/2nd line supporting the service desk

    Experience of the following:

    • 1st/2nd Line Support
    • Windows support
    • Windows 10
    • Exchange 2007/2010
    • Active Directory
    • Windows Server Management.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Customer support.

    As a 2nd Line Support Engineer, typical responsibilities will include:

    • Providing help/support for a range of client technical problems.
    • Troubleshooting Window Server & Desktop issues.
    • Understanding if the client's problems need escalating.
    • Monitoring the system for new issues.
