    Bell Integration is a technology services provider; supporting its customers through the complex lifecycle of their assets from acquisition through to retirement, including supply of all the resources required to consult, support and project manage throughout the journey.




    • Picking up new Rental/Sales enquiries – working closely with / in support of the Account
    • Matching specification of existing rental fleet equipment to that of the customer requirement (HP/IBM/Sun/Dell/Cisco/Net Apps ) – from laptops to Servers to networking equipment. Working with A/C Manager and Product Managers where
    • Searching RMS (Internal database) for availability
    • Sourcing equipment if required (internally/suppliers) – Working with Procurement
    • Raising and sending quotes. Working with A/C Manager on final rental/sale pricing
    • Processing new orders
    • Raising internal purchase order requests
    • Ensuring requested delivery and collection dates are met
    • Tracking orders for delivery and keeping customers informed
    • Arranging Installs/De-installs – requesting pricing from Operations
    • Raising fault logs/swap outs
    • Raising Manual Invoices/Credits
    • Pro-actively chasing timely return or extension of rental orders, raising extension/purchase off rental quotes where required, processing once PO
    • Raising collections
    • Covering the sales floor when Sales meetings/courses etc take place
    • Arranging equipment movements
    • Updating CRM – adding new accounts and opportunities
    • Archiving old paperwork
    • Play an active role working with the team to make process improvement and efficiencies
    • Assist with certain Ad Hoc projects
