    Recruitment Manager - London (City)


    Bell Integration is a fast growing IT Services company specialising in IT Infrastructure. 


    Bell has doubled over the last 3 years (c170-c350) and we are looking for a Recruitment Manager to take us to the next level.  This will involve building  on existing Talent Pipelining, Direct Sourcing, and Employer branding efforts.    We keep winning bigger projects & services and this presents us with new challenges to solve.  Bell has a straight forward culture and suits self-driven people who want to collaborate but don't need their hands held.


    Overview of role

    • Prioritisation, Problem Solving, Speed AND Quality
    • Direct Sourcing and Pipelining currently focused on Technical/ Consulting roles
    • Highly visible role working with all senior management from all parts of the business
    • Fulfilling demand from Consultancy/ Professional services wins and BAU demands 
    • Contract and Permanent recruitment
    • Managing a team of 4 (inc. 1 non recruitment)
    • Head Office and Warehouse roles (normally via PSL)
    • Recruitment team sits in Delivery & Operations (not HR though we're all good friends though)
    • Hands on recruitment as demands requires
    • Producing useful and concise management reports (1/4ly)



    • Technology recruitment ideally with strong Infrastructure (inc. Cloud) focus
    • Building strategic relationships with hiring managers
    • Contract and Permanent recruitment
    • Developing teams and making things happen
    • Negotiating 3rd party terms (as well as salary/ day rates obvs) and commercial nous
    • Building and maintaining talent pipelines
    • 3rd Party/ Supplier Management


    Recent Challenges

    • Scale up/ scale down due to unpredictable demand (due to long sales cycles and complex projects) from Consulting-
    • International recruitment (US, Asia, Scandinavia)
    • Building an effective permanent pipeline of talent
