    The Consulting & Project Services function within Bell Integrations provide organisations with the knowledge and know-how to make the most from their technology investment as well as roadmap strategy to drive down future costs and increase efficiency.  Bell takes customers on the journey from initial assessment and advice, through to architecture, design and transformation with defined outcomes.
    Consulting & Project Services are dedicated to the delivery of programmes and projects across the Infrastructure/ Data-Centre and End User Computing technologies, focusing on ensuring the right solution is delivered on time and on budget.


    The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, management, co-ordination and financial control of customer projects and is ultimately responsible for the success of the project.




    • Demonstrable experience of Project Management of IT Infrastructure Projects:
    • Data Centre Migrations/ Migrations of Apps or Infrastructure to Cloud/ Desktop or Workspace transformation/ Deployment or Roll outs/ Virtualisation/ Network Projects
    • Project Management in complex and large corporate organisations
    • Customer Facing Project Management experience is essential
    • Prince2 Practitioner Certified
    • Current driving licence
    • Ability to travel regularly in UK



    1. Drive customer and Bell teams to deliver projects within the agreed time, cost and quality parameters, dealing with any issues or conflicts
    2. Ensure regular communications of progress to stakeholders throughout project delivery and strive to achieve full customer satisfaction, thereby achieving positive customer endorsements Ensure that the project (and project team members) follow the standard processes and procedures as applicable
    3. Ensure that the project governance is set up, is transparent and effective            
    4. Communicate effectively, to represent Bell positively within senior levels of the customer’s organisation, including key business stakeholders       
    5. Promote the vision of the project and drive the project team to achieve the project objectives & goals
    6. Report project status back to Bell on a regular basis, including escalating early within Bell management any project issues to ensure awareness and management action
    7. Manage and direct work of a multi-functional, multi-location team, including any sub-contractors and 3rd parties where required.
    8. Pro-actively manage project finances and budgets, including raising and managing any scope changes as required
    9. Identification and proactive management of project risks, issues and dependencies, including mitigation management 
    10. Monitor and report back to Bell of potential additional project customer opportunities
    11. Set reasonable, challenging and clear expectations for team members and hold them accountable for meeting the expectations.
    12. Mentor and develop junior members of staff in a nurturing manner

    Additional responsibilities for a portfolio of projects which are not necessarily connected but will have their own individual goals. 





    • Minimum of 4 years of experience working in a similar role
    • Demonstrable experience of successful delivery track record of Project Management of IT Infrastructure Projects:
      • Data Centre Migrations/ Migrations of Apps or Infrastructure to Cloud/ Desktop or Workspace transformation/ Deployment or Roll outs/ Virtualisation/ Network Segregation
    • Project Management in complex and large corporate organisations
    • Demonstrable experience of managing large project budgets more than £1million


    • Professional Services business acumen and commercial acumen.
    • Understanding of markets, opportunities and competitors as well as business issues and challenges.
    • Understanding of the sales and delivery process.
    • Software – MS office, MS Project


    • Demonstrated strong leadership, negotiation, problem solving and decision-making skills.
    • Understanding of the characteristics of delivering projects in a consultancy organisation
    • Demonstrable senior stakeholder management
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills – ability to deliver effective and persuasive presentations to customers
    • Must have good, organisational, interpersonal and administrative skills.
    • Must be capable of handling numerous projects simultaneously.
