We have new positions available in our Purchasing team due to the continuous expansion of our business and new customers’ demands. We are looking for fluent English and Italian speakers to join our current multilingual team.
JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
Due to the expansion of our international purchasing team we are looking for an additional person with knowledge of IT procurement and sourcing across Europe.
The job holder will report to the Purchasing Manager and will be responsible for ensuring all requests for quotes are processed within agreed SLAs. They will provide regular and accurate reporting on the status of all open and closed quotes to the relevant team members and to the customer as required.
Effective communication with customers and Bells internal sales support team is very important. The job holder must be able to take responsibility for their own work, to manage all aspects of their workload and to work as part of a team to ensure all functions and tasks are carried out with due care.
General day-to-day responsibilities will focus on: sourcing and procuring IT goods and services across mainland Europe and in some cases further afield; processing requests via our internal system; liaising with third party suppliers and customers; negotiating payment terms and prices; quoting and reporting.
