Bell Integration is going through a rapid transformation to focus on enabling its customers in their full digital transformation to include AI and IOT. This transformation involves a period of acquisition an divestment as well as a total restructure in order to focus on high margin revenue streams. As a result, it is critical to transform the Bell finance function to be agile and support the business’ future needs. This will involve rebuilding the P&L reporting, reviewing the KPIs, building interactive dashboards for the leadership team, managing risk and providing a faster close. It will require a higher focus on providing full business partnering to the Executives, to move away from a focus on reporting the past, to providing analysis and insight to enable decisions for the future.
The role will require someone that has a clear focus and can drive change, with a clear point of view. It also requires attention to detail, the ability to manage various workloads and schedules, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. The ability to manage people during a process of transformation and to ‘bring the finance function with them’ is essential for success, so the successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and be a strong communicator.
