Combining our core permanent staff with a mix of contractor skills, every customer engagement is underpinned with a professional Service Delivery Manager or Project Manager responsible for the delivery of predictable outcomes within a flexible commercial framework.
The position of Programme Manager within Bell Integration is a Senior management role and is focused on delivering defined Programmes and large projects to our end customers as well as the management of portfolios of projects. These will vary from short (4 week assignments) to multi-year projects based on customer sites. The size and complexity can be different and will require resource management and budget oversight. Programmes may be managed on behalf of Bell or the customer depending on the requirement.
The Programme Manager is responsible for the overall integrity and coherence of the Programme.
The Programme Manager owns the management of the programme to a successful outcome, developing the Programme of work, including the business case, as well as maintaining the Programme environment to support each individual Project within it, thus achieving overall objectives.
This role ideally suits someone with extensive experience of managing large scale complex / multi-million GBP budgets that transition and transform business from an IT angle. Key focus around infrastructure programmes, DC migration, work load migrations, End User Transformations and decommissioning.
The role is expected to be based primarily in London or the South East although some flexibility in location/travel is required to meet our customer’s needs.
Bell Integration Programme Managers are accountable for:
Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Project Management, in particular types of projects; e.g. DC migration. Minimum 1 year in similar role. Used to working on large scale programmes, multi-million GBP budgets
