Working with the head of marketing and an expert in Hubspot marketing automation you will assist in developing and executing a successful digital inbound lead acquisition strategy that will target enterprise and mid-market prospects.  Your end-goal will be to scale up campaign delivery while improving quality and volume of leads.


  • To plan and deliver more campaigns with a focus to increase marketing KPIs including leads/ROI
  • To deliver advanced automation with Hubspot, to smooth process and improve nurturing and the effectiveness of our campaigns.
  • Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights for the relevant stakeholders
  • To take responsibility for our prospect data, improving profiling, developing buyer personas and audience/industry segments, whilst ensuring data compliance
  • To manage and deliver more content for sales enablement and Account Based Marketing
  • To manage the content/collateral library



  1. Increase lead acquisition
  2. Support the Head of Marketing through the execution of automated digital marketing campaigns with Hubspot
  3. Support the Sales teams with sales enablement collateral and Account Based Marketing (ABM) from a digital perspective


Required Experience:

  • Has experience working in B2B lead acquisition and marketing campaign roles, selling to enterprise customers
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing and executing campaigns within Hubspot and Salesforce
  • An expert in data and audience profiling
  • Experience with A/B testing, nurturing and campaign analysis
  • Comfortable writing copy for emails, landing pages,  blogs and white-papers
  • Experience managing digital paid (not organic) lead generative activities through third parties such as Google and Linkedin
  • Demonstrated experience running digital ABM campaigns and running targeted marketing towards enterprise audiences


Not required but would be great:

  • Experience within the tech sector
  • Experience working with Wordpress and the Adobe creative cloud

  • Exhibit willingness and flexibility to work both independently as well as part of a team
