Overview

As an Order Fulfilment Specialist, the primary purpose is to ensure the seamless and efficient handling of customer tech services orders, from inception to delivery. Playing a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction by overseeing order processing, logistics coordination, and issue resolution. Ultimately contributing to the success and reputation of our organisation.

 

Responsibilities

The role encompasses the following key responsibilities:

Order Processing: Manage the end-to-end order processing lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company procedures.

Customer Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing order-related queries and providing status updates.

Processing Management: Collaborate with the purchasing team, suppliers and warehouse to maintain optimal service levels and inventory management.

Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of orders, shipments, and returns, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal protocols.

Shipping and Logistics: Coordinate with shipping and logistics partners to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery of orders.

Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and address issues related to orders, such as discrepancies, shipping delays, product shortages, and DOA/RMA’s

Process Improvement: Continuously review and refine order management processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Order Tracking: Implement tracking systems to monitor order progress and provide customers with real-time updates.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Experience in sales support/administration and/or customer services
  • Experience of working both on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Able to work under pressure, think on your feet with a keen eye for attention to detail
  • Strong organisational Skills, able to manage own time effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to work with colleagues & customers at all levels throughout the business
  • Ability to highlight missed or incorrect information on both Client PO and Vendor quotation/ information
  • MS Office skills including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Able to seek areas of improvement

 

 

Advantage

  • Experience working with complex pricing/ quotations
  • Experience of using different in house platforms and tools (such as database platforms)
  • Understanding of vendor partner programmes and how price models work
  • Experience dealing with worldwide shipments and aspects of Export/ Import regulations
  • Experience with Tax applicable duties
  • Ensure compliance with Bell’s data protection and information security policies.
  • Be aware at all times of diversity and inclusion, and acting in line with Bell’s core values.
