Provide Commercial Quality Assurance to ensure Bell mitigates its risks (financial, commercial and contractual) when providing SOWs (or their equivalent) to customers and partners
Responsibilities
Support SOW_review process ensuring defined processes and standards are met, complying with current Bell due diligence and governance requirements
Support Commercial Analyst with regular and ad-hoc reporting requests, ensuring data is accurate, current and addresses the defined report requirements
Support reporting of SOW review KPIs (details to be agreed and defined but could include e.g. SOW review volume and speed etc. with input from component teams to flag trends and exceptions)
Support review and update of SMO process documents in line with defined IMS requirements
Assist with update and maintenance of SOW templates, rate card templates and pricing tools
Process and direct Docusign requests for approved SOWs ensuring signatories, storage and distribution guidelines are followed correctly
Support with data retention and compliance requirements in the commercial assurance arena, alongside suggesting and driving ongoing service improvement in the commercial assurance area (i.e. identify opportunities, build and implement change)
Qualifications
Knowledge
Knowledge and understanding of common business principles and commercial contractual concepts (desirable but not essential)
Skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail including ability to review, analyse and manipulate data appropriate to requirements
Good all-round knowledge across the Microsoft Office suite, in particular SharePoint, Teams, Excel and Word (essential)
Proficient in MS PowerPoint (desirable)
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to maintain complete and accurate records
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good relationship building and interpersonal skills
Experience
Experience of back-office processes in an IT systems integrator setting (essential)
Experience of working effectively and accurately in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines (essential)
Experience of CRM (customer relationship management) and PSA (professional services automation) tools is desirable.
Working in a commercial or bid desk environment where regular review of commercials, contractual and pricing takes place (desirable)
