The HSEQ Lead operates within the Bell SI business and is responsible for leading compliance to Health & Safety and Environmental standards and providing best practice guidance regarding the health and safety of Bell’s employees.
The Modern Workplace Platform Consultant will work to provide technical oversight to Projects, Programmes and BAU maintenance activities. They will be a productivity and collaboration specialist, as an expert with messaging and migration.
A front facing role including answering reception phones at our Bell office at Bay House Portsmouth & You’ll be the first point of contact for all office enquiries including meeting and greeting employees, clients, those registered as guests and guiding them to the office/meeting rooms/communal areas. Oversee the passes for Bell employees and oversee the day to day running of the office. Assist with meeting room bookings and generally maintaining a clean and presentable office environment. Help with any facilities related admin and issues.
This role will also involve answering the reception phone, directing calls across the business, and taking messages if needed.
Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30 (An area of flexibility regarding hours as & when required). A full UK driving licence is also mandatory.
To ensure customer satisfaction levels remain high by providing a quality Service for the distribution and collection of customer laptops, for New Starter, Leaver and Faulty devices for the clients employees. This is to be achieved independently as well as by working with multiple internal and external Bell, client and other supplier teams to ensure adherence to set KPI’s and contractually agreed SLA’s and OLA’s.
The Sales Administrator will perform administration tasks including reporting, meeting attendance, data collection, meeting planning, salesforce checks and updates to support the team and lighten admin tasks from the Account Director.
This is a hybrid role, home working and 1-2 days on client site in Swindon or Newbury (you can choose which).

The Quality and Information Security Audit Lead operates within the Bell SI business and is responsible for ensuring Bell’s compliance to ISO 9001 and 27001 by organising and performing internal audits and representing Bell at external audits.
Must be able to travel to either Portsmouth or Wokingham on a regular basis. The majority of this role will be remote.

The Pre-Sales Principal Consultant will work with our internal sales team, partners, delivery functions and clients to drive opportunities through to closure and support Bell Integration’s ability to achieve booking and revenue targets.
The Principal Consultant is recognised as a thought leader to our customers and a mentor internally and to our partners. The Principal Consultant is responsible for delivering high quality technical proposals and statements of work on behalf of Bell to the customer, working with the Sales and Delivery teams to ensure commercial and technical governance within the sales process while meeting client objectives, goals and outcomes.
