Shifts Available are: Monday-Friday 12pm-9pm or 5pm-2am. 6 month FTC with view to extend based on performance. This is a fully remote role.
Acting as the focal contact for Bell you will be responsible for all aspects of the service governance to the customer including the service level performance and reporting, financial management of the service, customer satisfaction, risk management, growth and continual improvement.

- Obtain NPPV2 / SC Clearance / other security clearance may be required
Be available for out of hours escalations for critical customer issues

A front facing role including answering reception phones at our Bell office at Bay House Portsmouth & You’ll be the first point of contact for all office enquiries including meeting and greeting employees, clients, those registered as guests and guiding them to the office/meeting rooms/communal areas. Oversee the passes for Bell employees and oversee the day to day running of the office. Assist with meeting room bookings and generally maintaining a clean and presentable office environment. Help with any facilities related admin and issues.
This role will also involve answering the reception phone, directing calls across the business, and taking messages if needed.
Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30 (An area of flexibility regarding hours as & when required). A full UK driving licence is also mandatory.
To ensure customer satisfaction levels remain high by providing a quality Service for the distribution and collection of customer laptops, for New Starter, Leaver and Faulty devices for the clients employees. This is to be achieved independently as well as by working with multiple internal and external Bell, client and other supplier teams to ensure adherence to set KPI’s and contractually agreed SLA’s and OLA’s.
