The purpose for this role is to manage the day-to-day activities through general management, service delivery and operations. The Service Desk Manager manages a large staff of support agents spanning multiple teams, locations and shifts. Working with stakeholders to transition and deliver agreed services. The main focus areas of this role are:

Working as part of the ITLM team the ITLM Operations Co-Ordinator will ensure clients stock, logistics, and disposals requests are managed end to end.
Responsibility for request fulfilment; quoting, planning the execution of a request, invoicing, detailed audit reporting, and any additional ad-hoc duties as required.
Paperwork in support of despatch as required.
Familiarise themselves with other roles within the department to cover in times of absence.
Leveraging an expansive breadth of Cloud & DCI technical services experience as well as in-depth knowledge of market demands, the Practice Lead (PL), drives delivery excellence and supports Bell Integration’s ability to achieve revenue and margin targets.
Operates as the technical authority across key stakeholders both at Bell and across our customer portfolio and in doing so guides and mentors the business both internally and at point of delivery to ensure successful outcomes.
Supports the Consulting Services Director to ensure the Consulting operations run and deliver in accordance with defined best practice and doing so meets the quality requirements of Consulting Services.
Provides subject matter expertise as part of the sales lifecycle for Cloud & DC aligned opportunities. Works closely with CTO in defining and delivering the Cloud & DC Service offerings as well as the enablement of the consulting practice to ensure capabilities meet strategic needs balancing cost and time.

AI & Data Automation practice but other business areas may be assigned from time to time. Current primary geographies covered include direct support to US, support to India working with India based HR, Slovakia with local HR support.
The SMO Operations Manager is responsible for managing and supporting team to deliver high quality service operations day-to-day; review, advise and enhance processes and tooling that support those operations and drive service improvement plans across this area.
Hybrid working - Bay House, Portsmouth approx. 2 days per week.
