(but not limited to): Infrastructure Operations, Desktop/ Apps Support, Specialist 3rd line Engineering, Hardware Break-fix and Service Desk.   Working as the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) your primary responsibility is to ensure quality output of Bell services to the designated customers account(s)     JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS   You will ensure; Stakeholder management, customer satisfaction, operational alignment, line management (where appropriate) provision to the service team and continual service improvement for the customer.

This position is working within the IT Transformation Programme within Internal IT and will be responsible for leading the roll out of a new Teams Telephony solution for Bell’s internal employees, ensuring all telephony requirements are met and users are trained and adopt the solution.   This role has the potential to transition into a permanent position as a Teams Consultant (Telephony) implementing solution to our customer environments.   JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS Working for a well-established and rapidly expanding company, this Teams Consultant (Telephony) will be responsible for the delivery of a Teams Telephony project into a wider M365 environment.

JOB PURPOSE This position is within the Technical Operations Server team and will be responsible for supporting customer solutions, both for Bell’s customers and Bell’s internal systems, maintaining the infrastructure, servers, storage and network.  Manage the day to day operations of the solutions, including the underpinning networks and technologies that form the infrastructure.     JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS Ensure all systems within the infrastructure are in operation during business core hours (9am-5:30pm) and support those critical servers defined as 24*7 within the service catalogue as part of an on-call rota for OOH support. Assist business units with technical issues in the initiation and planning phases. These activities may include the definition of needs, benefits and technical strategy; technical analysis and design; and support of operations staff in executing, testing and rolling-out new solutions.
